Description
This course delivers an executive-level briefing on the principles and practices contained
in the ISO/TS 16949:2002 Technical Specification. Participants will explore the requirements
and gain the skills to determine the management direction necessary to communicate the intent
and benefits of ISO/TS 16949:2002 to all levels of the organization. Executives will be able
