This course certifies participants for delivery of one or more of the Plexus Training Systems to an organization (depending on your interests and qualifications).

This certification training prepares individuals not only to train but also to lead. It provides individuals the tools, techniques, skills and confidence to be an organization's training leader. Becoming Active in the Use of Plexus Training Systems™

The Plexus Trainer/Coach Certification Training is a required first step for all Plexus Trainer/Coaches. Participants must have a thorough understanding of the appropriate standard or requirement prior to attending the course. This course refers to the components and tools common Plexus Training Systems: thorough needs assessment, specific classroom training modules for each standard/requirement, and on-site coaching. Participants are evaluated during course activities and are considered a provisional or certified trainer.

Once an individual has successfully completed the Certified Plexus Trainer/Coach course you will be required to complete a Plexus Service Provider License Agreement and be assigned either a Plexus Service Provider (PSP) or a Plexus Corporate License (PCL). Certified Plexus Trainer/Coaches will then be able to purchase complete trainer guides and participant materials for the applicable Plexus Training System.

A trainer guide for your chosen interest is included as part of the training session for the Plexus Trainer/Coach Training. The Core Tools Trainer Guides can be purchased before attending the AIAG open enrollment courses. Trainer guides for additional modules can be purchased as long as the Plexus Trainer/Coach has the proper qualifications and certifications on file with Plexus Corporation. Participant materials are ordered directly from Plexus Corporation and are sold by individual modules. A Plexus PSP or PCL can order modules for any standard that the delivering Plexus Trainer/Coach is certified to deliver.

Beginning the Process of Becoming a Certified Plexus Trainer/Coach

For the 5-Day Trainer/Coach course, participants will need to complete an application form (PDF) and fax the form to Plexus at 651-644-4949 attention Trainer/Coach Registration Coordinator. Once your application has been approved you will be required to fill out the applicable registration form (PDF).

Plexus International reserves the right to place restrictions on the use of its training systems based on each participant's performance and technical knowledge demonstrated in the Trainer/Coach session.
